A Junior Interior Designer is an entry level position within the Interior Design Department. The ideal candidate will assist the team with creating innovative and dynamic branded spaces for our clients within the financial institutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
with Microsoft Office Applications
Generate Revit and/or AutoCAD interior drawings for construction documents
Assist designers with finish selections and conducts product research
Produces finish boards and drawings for presentations
Generate finish binders and/or the Finish and Furniture Guide for all projects
Produces content for client presentations, construction documents, project manual, and will pick up redlines for projects
Coordinates with A&E, Environmental, Build, and Consultants
Interface with manufacturer’s representatives to schedule appointments
Perform all other related work, as assigned or as apparent
Become Proficient in Revit
Strive to achieve Interior Designer status
Occasional travel may be required
Education And Experience Prerequisites:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture or related field required
0-3 years of professional experience in commercial Interior Design
Knowledge with Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and InDesign is preferred
